Privacy
Haniya collects little, and only what you hand it through two forms. This page says what is collected, why, and how to ask for a correction or a deletion.
The launch notification
What you leave: your e-mail address and your agreement to be notified.
Why: to send you one invitation when Haniya launches in Tétouan, and nothing else. Each address is recorded once. It is neither sold nor used for advertising.
The partnership enquiry
What you leave: the business name, its activity and city, your name, phone and e-mail, and, if you wish, a link or a message.
Why: to review your enquiry, contact you for a first conversation and prepare a possible partner offer. Only Haniya’s owner reads this information, in a workspace behind a sign-in. It is neither sold nor shared for advertising.
What else the site does
The site sets no cookie for its visitors and uses no audience measurement; only the owner workspace, reserved to Haniya, uses a session cookie.
To limit automated submissions, each form counts requests per connection over an hour. The connection address itself is not recorded: the site derives a key from it (a hash) for that count. For the launch notification, that key is kept only in the counter; for the partnership enquiry, it is stored together with the enquiry.
The site’s typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, and that request reaches Google’s servers.
Your rights and contact
You can ask at any time what information concerns you, and have it corrected or deleted, by writing to sales@haniya.ma.
